Junior engr held in a bid to steal bike

Railway police nabbed a junior engineer while he was attempting a bike theft at Bhopal railway station on Saturday. The accused has been identified as Radhey Shyam (58), a resident of Ayodhya Nagar. Station house officer Hemant Shrivastava said six stolen two wheelers have been recovered from possession of Shyam who is currently posted at Itarsi.

The cops said Shyam's mental condition is not stable and he steals bikes for fun. "He belongs to a well-to-do family and he did not sell any of the bikes he had stolen," said Shrivastava.
